For the Wikov Group, 2025 was a period of consolidating previous growth initiatives, further integrating Litostroj, and strengthening its international position. At the same time, the Group laid the foundations for a new management structure and a unified identity that, as of 2026, reflects its current scope and ambitions.
Following significant acquisition activities in previous years, the Wikov Group focused primarily in 2025 on integrating the new companies into a common strategic framework, leveraging mutual synergies, and further strengthening financial and operational stability.
A key focus was the integration of the Litostroj Group, thanks to which Wikov now stands on two strong industrial pillars. The Gear Division focuses on industrial gearboxes, gear components, and related services, while the Hydro Division, operating under the Litostroj brand, provides comprehensive solutions for hydropower. This structure broadens the Group’s technological base, increases its resilience to developments in individual markets, and creates new opportunities in high-value-added segments.
The Group also continued to expand its activities in North America. Building on its existing presence in Canada, the Group prepared for further expansion into the U.S. market through Wikov Gear US LLC in Houston. Establishing a local sales and service platform represents an important step for the Group’s continued growth in one of its strategic markets.
Strengthening Group management and a shared identity was also a key focus in 2025. The Group prepared a change in the parent company’s name from Wikov Industry a.s. to Wikov Group a.s., effective January 1, 2026. The new name better reflects the Group’s current structure and international character. At the same time, new tools were developed for internal communication and connecting employees across companies, divisions, and countries.
Another important step was the definition of the Wikov Group’s first comprehensive ESG strategy. This strategy establishes a framework for the systematic management of sustainability, technological innovation, responsible use of resources, and human resources. The Group also created the internal role of sustainability manager and began preparations for future non-financial reporting.
The financial results also confirm a stable foundation for further development. In 2025, sales revenue reached 6.644 billion CZK, EBITDA 625 million CZK, and net income after taxes 281 million CZK. The average number of employees in the Group reached 1,405 people.
The year 2025 thus confirmed the Wikov Group’s ability to combine a long-standing industrial tradition and technical know-how with international expansion, innovation, and responsible management. The integration of new activities and the strengthening of a shared identity have created a solid foundation for the next stage of the Group’s development.
