We see education and professional growth as a strategic investment. The Wikov Academy plays a key role by providing structured onboarding for new employees, professional training and management development.

Social life at Wikov Group
Our corporate culture is based on cohesion and team spirit. Employees regularly participate in activities that strengthen interpersonal relationships.

Social responsibility and regional support
Wikov Group is a solid part of the regions where it operates. We support local talents, culture, and disadvantaged groups, thereby contributing to the development of the entire community.
Helping people in need
We have a long-term cooperation with the Černí koně (Black Horses) organization, which helps disabled cyclists. We also engage in micro-sponsorship of local initiatives and social projects.
Support for youth and sport
We significantly participate in the development of youth sports in the regions. Our partners include HC Wikov Hronov, the ski club Wikov Ski Skuhrov, and the cycling team TOTR Cycling Team.
Culture and region
We support cultural life and art. We are partners of the Police Symphony Orchestra, the UFFO Trutnov cultural center, and the traditional International Folklore Festival.
